  Nash at Mr Mint, Chadstone used to be my to go man. He is not only friendly and helpful but his service is beyond compare.
  I've been going to Nash for leather belts, shoe repairs, key cuttings, engravings for special occasions and a friendly chat.
  Nash has now left Chadstone and I don't know where he has gone. A few of his customers are also at a loss as to his whereabouts. Where are you Nash?

  I went here yesterday (4/1) to have a key cut. Everything seemed fine until i got home and noticed that a different key on my key chain had been bent in half at a 90 degree angle! It then immediately snapped when i tried to gently bend it back in place. Now i have to go somewhere else and spend more money to have another key cut. They didn't even mention it or try to fix it when handing me my keys back, i suppose hoping i wouldn't notice. Very annoyed and disappointed.

  Nesh helped a friend and I with an issue we were having with our vehicle. Not only did Nesh provide reassurance, but he also provided alternatives to any problems that arose. Thank you to Nesh and the team for always helping us with prompt service and a smile.

  I recently had an issue with lost car keys and Tineesh and his team at Mr Minit Chadstone were amazing. They went above and beyond for me and the care, compassion and understanding shown during what was quite a stressful episode for me was incredible. I have all my shoe repairs done here as well as keys cuts both for my work and personal and I cannot recommend them enough - great service, more than reasonable prices and always with a smile on the face no matter how busy they are. Great business.

  Been using their services for more than 3 years. Always trusted them with hard jobs. Nash and Victoria have always been very helpful assisting to the extend of that extra miles you never expected. Recent job was to fix my soles and they helped me cleaning up the shoes as well as bonus!! Thanks heaps !!

  I recently came to this store to get an engraving done for my younger cousin. I was amazed by how fast and efficient the job was completed (considering it was during Christmas hours!). The staff were also very helpful and friendly and the owner is to thank for his excellent craftsmanship with engraving this specific butterfly as my cousin loves them. I am very thankful for him making my cousins gift astonishingly special which was exactly what i was hoping for.
  
  Will definitely come back!!
