  This is NOT a motel. Motels imply that there is sufficient parking, of which there clearly isn't (a tight car park of 12 spaces for 35 rooms doesn't add up). This place is a hostel - or more appropriately - an asylum. The experience of staying here the 4 nights I did was uneasy at best. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and a few of the other guests (or dwellers) were downright repulsive and rude. I found it difficult to sleep at night, even though the room itself was quite OK, but the atmosphere was dreadful; at times I even feared leaving my room (which is necessary for fresh water, microwave, or toilet - all of which were down the hall in a common area). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

  I love Evan court motel, the staff are great service the bathrooms where clean. Overall fantastic stay for the price. Cheap and great service, can't go wrong. Especially for study or work.

  The room was very dated but comfortable. I wouldn't stay here for more than a few days , however it was quite ok. The maim corridors smell very unpleasant however the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Clean sheets etc.
  
  This Motel is for people who need assistance and somewhere to stay for a few nights before they continue on. Yea it's not crown but it's a roof over your head in a clean safe environment and that's enough for me!

  This place is a dump , its more a half way house for the homeless and people with mental health issues . the toilets and very small kitchen where not the best. The furniture needs a major upgrade and the place has a strange smell . FIND SOME WHERE ELSE TO STAY.

  Good size room with all amenities like fridge and microwave in a very convenient location to where i needed to be. Nothing fancy but a very pleasant stay.
